Oh definitely Morrowind, and not because of nostalgia! I played all three games quite late, and the first one I played was Oblivion. Morrowind is honestly just the best game in my opinion. It has the most intricate gameplay mechanics and to me the world feels the most curious. I immediately found the Morag Tong hideout when I played Morrowind for the first time, and felt like I had uncovered a secret of the centuries. 😆

@Nightwings I'm currently playing Morrowind with 30 something hours into this game. I started a playthrough ages ago, got pretty powerful but never finished
Curious, that's the word. This is why Morrowind is my favorite, because it feels the most alien. The dungeons don't feel quite as auto generated either.
I also like how because it's a harder game, leveling up feels more rewarding

@caPnAhab I totally agree about the dungeons, and it's definitely more difficult than its successors yes. I can't play Skyrim without getting super OP less than 10 hours into a playthrough lol. That's not necessarily a bad thing, I think easier games just appeal more to a younger audience.

@Nightwings yeah, certainly not a bad thing. I consider myself a fan of Elder Scrolls in general, not just a super fan of any particular ES game.
I hope Bethesda can put a little bit of something from all of them into ES6... whenever that will be

@caPnAhab I just love Morrowind, and wouldn't consider myself a hardcore Elder Scrolls fan or anything like that, but they're all objectively good games. I just have a handful of games that I really love, and they often happen to be the first in a series: Bioshock, Dark Souls, Subnautica so far lol. Not always though, one of my favorite games to date is Divinity: Original Sin 2.
I look forward to Elder Scrolls 6 too! It would be awesome if it took place in both Hammerfell and High Rock, and introduced some interesting sea fearing mechanics!

@Nightwings From what I've read, they're building ES6 using some of the tech from Starfield. I hope that means boat building and sea travel.

@caPnAhab I never played Starfield, but that sounds great!
