Oh definitely Morrowind, and not because of nostalgia! I played all three games quite late, and the first one I played was Oblivion. Morrowind is honestly just the best game in my opinion. It has the most intricate gameplay mechanics and to me the world feels the most curious. I immediately found the Morag Tong hideout when I played Morrowind for the first time, and felt like I had uncovered a secret of the centuries. 😆

@caPnAhab I just love Morrowind, and wouldn't consider myself a hardcore Elder Scrolls fan or anything like that, but they're all objectively good games. I just have a handful of games that I really love, and they often happen to be the first in a series: Bioshock, Dark Souls, Subnautica so far lol. Not always though, one of my favorite games to date is Divinity: Original Sin 2.
I look forward to Elder Scrolls 6 too! It would be awesome if it took place in both Hammerfell and High Rock, and introduced some interesting sea fearing mechanics!

@Nightwings From what I've read, they're building ES6 using some of the tech from Starfield. I hope that means boat building and sea travel.

@caPnAhab I never played Starfield, but that sounds great!

I loved Oblivion but I plays one of the special editions right away with all the DLCs like the Shivering Isles etc.
Haven't gotten around to Morrowind yet even though it is in my games library.

Daggerfall is ok as long as you remember when it came out and manage expectations.😂
