Why does everyone make such a big deal about the ebony warrior in Skyrim

Literally. By then my clothes are enchanted till alteration magic is free(infinite leveling). So I just do paralyze and summon two dremora lords. Rinse and repeat paralyze till dead.....never understood the difficulty.
