Fallout 4. Fallout: New Vegas is a close second and while it does function much better as an RPG, Fallout 4 has the superior gameplay imo, and that’s what matters most in the end.

@Mysterion619 Yeah, but as far as story and RPG mechanics go… If New Vegas had its graphics and gameplay, that would be my number one.
