How do I unlock Nikolas Cruz as a playable character?

I’m playing School Shooter All Stars. I beat the shooting range challenge and collected all 10 soft drinks inside the McDonald’s but nothing happened.

Someone told me you have to play as Eric Harris before you compete the shooting range challenge. I didn’t think that was necessary.
