Why Cant I work?

I was born with a muscle condition called Hypiatonia which means I cant build body muscle on my body and my body consumes 3x as much enegry to move etc so by 3pm I am totally wiped out also I suffer from anxiety and depression so in 2016 I started my youtube jounrey unfortunately to make money on my videos I will need 300 subscribers and 3,000 watch time, I'm only 72 subscribers even twitch needs to hit a target to get a monthly pay which is £50, which is 5 x 4.99 subs, 3 x 9.99 subs or 2 x 24.99 subs.
