Most time consuming side quest in Red Dead Redemption 2?

In my humble opinion, the ones for Algernon Wasp are by far the most time consuming, especially the first one because the Lady of the Night Orchids are so rare and take so much time collecting, and the Reddish Egrets are the rarest of the three plumes birds you have to track down and kill.

Anyone got a different opinion? Lets hear it. Whats your favorite side quest in RDR2?
