Been playing this game called Kaze...

@canusernamebemyusername Yeah the art style definitely reminds me of Sonic,

But the game play is so much like the old skool DK, I'm loving it.

It wouldn't surprise me if it Kaze was originally a fan made DK game but they changed the characters because of copyright

@Fishy ok. My memory of those games is very blurry which sucks bc I keep remembering bits and pieces of old games I'd play all the time as a kid

@deadgerbil I think Sonic was a Sega thing, which is similar to the Kaze visual style...
So maybe that's what you were thinking of 😅

And then there was a game I remember where there was this nearly naked old man and you're in like a side scrolling game. That's the most I remember

And then there's another side scroller where you're like a shooter/good guy with a gun and you're going to the right and you can enter doors and stuff. Starts off with a pistol but I'm pretty sure you could upgrade
