I dunno. I stopped playing big games as much or being as excited about them for personal and industry reasons.
Halo Infinite was a let down for me, for one. Battlefield is shite now, didn't buy the new one. Probably won't buy again.
The new Diablo, the Fourth, may be interesting, but I don't trust a lot of AAA now, especially Blizzard & Activision.
Lately I like mods for classic and existing games, like Doom. Messing around and making friends on Doom servers is fun.
Beyond that I discovered Factorio and Dwarf fortress. A lot of value for money there.
Beyond that, I may go back to WWII strategy games and WoT console eventually to grind the free stuff and enjoy what I already have.

Basically I am pessimistic about the video games industry and want to enjoy what I already have while I can.
I need to go back and play the Resident Evil HD Remakes/Rereleases.

Deadspace looks good.
Bought my son a xbox series x today, so hopefully something good comes out of it for next year.
Party animals looks good. yeah I know its not a big AAA game or anything but those type of games are very fun when playing it with your kid and so on

Well if we can choose remakes/remasters then I'm gonna go with Persona 3 Portable AND Persona 4 Golden. For new releases, however, I have to go with Fatal Frame: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse or Loco Motive (if the game is ready to release in 23 and doesn't get pushed back to 2024).

It's either Starfield or Hogwarts Legacy. Perhaps Assassin's Creed Mirage too but it's a lesser AC game so that's why probably not.
I keep waiting for manor lords which is supposed to be release this year but they only have two days left😡

@Giantkay depends. I love metal gear phantom pain(playing by myself, none of the online base nonsense) and sekiro

I'm keeping watch for Starfield, but I'll only buy it after it's been out a while. Bethesda is well known for a ton of bugs.

@Torsten that's not a bad idea actually. The only thing I dislike about gamepass is that if you're system has an issue and you need to reinstall Windows, the files are encrypted, so you need to download it from scratch. Granted I haven't had a crash on my system, but everyone knows you'll get some issue at some point. Meantime between failure and all.

@basilfawlty89 does that happen often? I only just bought a Xbox today for my sons birthday. Havent set it up or anything yet. Hope that isnt a constant issue
