This N64 game is a lot tougher than I remember

I recently got this game on eBay purely for the nostalgia from when I used to play as a kid. While it is mostly easy, as one could expect from a game that’s mainly targeted toward younger ages, there are quite a few challenges on this game that are complete bullshit! So much, it had me ready to hurtle my damn controller at the screen for how frustratingly difficult they were! This includes a minigame where you have to beat a red alligator in an eating contest…

Two separate mini games where you have beat a polar bear in a sled race twice, with the second race being even more difficult than the last…

And lastly, the final boss battle with the main antagonist, Gruntilda…

That last of which, I’m still stuck on and am having great difficulty with.

I also got the sequel to this game, which is making me a little anxious. I didn’t play that one nearly as much. I didn’t even own it, I’d only play it via renting. Makes me think how much harder that game is than I remember, lol.
