Anyone here remember the old games consoles such as the Atari 7800?

My first console as a kid. Hours of game play fun. The graphics weren't what was important, it was the enjoyment of the game

@Tracos Cartridge games were better on it . Flimbos quest was a good one

I still have my NES, genesis, Nintendo 64, Gameboy advance color, DSI,and 3DS. I had bought a ps4 last year and traded it for a Nintendo switch OLED that I shared with my bf then bought a regular switch animal crossing edition yesterday.

Didn't the 7800 have a lot better graphics than the 2600? If that's the case then how come the 2600 was more popular?

@CestManan Don't know about that. Never had the 2600. The graphics were the same if not similar I'm told. The 7800 came after.

@shanec I was looking it up and it looks like the 7800 Graphics were better than the 2600. Compared to what they have today, both of them look pretty lousy but back then there was this huge difference. The 2600 honestly probably had the worst graphics of any gaming console ever released. I'm just judging the 7800 on what I was looking at on google.
