Do you really find that funny? Seat belts and air bags save hundreds of thousands of lives every year.
@samueltyler2 My younger paternal cousin's best friend was killed by a properly used seat belt in the 1980's, the impact broke her ribs, which then pierced her heart and left lung, killing her instantly after a drunk driver hit them.

@NativePortlander1970 I am sorry to hear that. But, what is your point? Are you trying to say that seat belts and air bags do not save lives? Better do your research on that!
@samueltyler2 That seat belts are NOT the life savers they claim they are. Here's the funny thing, truth through omission, while looking for the statistics, not a single website came up with them, what the fuck is the government suppressing, the same thing with airbags, which have been known to smash faces and blinded people.

@NativePortlander1970 I cannot believe that you are trying to refute over 60 years of evidence of efficacy! I have no idea what you are implying when you said not a single website came up with them. Seat belts have been used since the 1960s, no website was even thought about at the time. There is extensive experimental and experiential evidence of their effectiveness. Just stop with your insane conspiracy theories. Seat belts have been required through so many administrations, that it cannot be just a liberal conspiracy to take away your rights. Give it up!
