Is a 680 credit score good enough to buy a somewhat newer truck?
Also, after i buy it, I'm changing jobs. Should I let them know that? ( the place I would buy the vehicle from)

Should be good enough. Just do a lot of research on any make or model your thinking of buying. Some horribly unreliable trucks out there on the market and unbelievably expensive to repair. Do not buy any Ford 5.4 liter 3 valve engine!

Might be. Payments may not be what you want. Would be better if you had either a down payment or something to trade in.
