My Neighborhood and the plane crash

It looks like the plane tail fell off and landed in our neighborhood while it was in the air.

@BacktobeingFrank the only thing i have heard is they flew into a thunderstorm and icing problems.

@lissah in any event I don't think it was the woman pilot's fault. She was competent.

@BacktobeingFrank no i dont think it was her fault either. Just a tragic accident.

If the tail falls off, handling will be adversely affected. They were almost vertical when they hit the ground.

Very unfortunate and sad for all concerned.

Icing is a very real and serious threat even to modern aircraft. It’s a tragedy.
