VTOL-the Uber of the Skies

I received a questionnaire if I would use VTOL. I guess it is the uber of the sky. It is Vertical Takeoff and Landing. You would use an app like Uber or lift.

The aircraft looks like a drone. Saves time and money. I said hell to the yes as long as they are safe. They will start off with pilots and then go with pilots on the ground directing them.

Sounds interesting. The military experiences with VTOL seems problematic, but their goals are different than just delivering packages and people from one place to another. There's a bright future for drones, the thousands of uncertainties not withstanding.

Oh, just be cautious and ask lots of questions, and don't take assurances by the salespersons as gospel.

@akindheart following the history of the ,737 Max, I think I'd also want assurance that the computer won't lock out the pilots when they try to take over from computer or design failures.
