What would be the reason small 2 seater planes fly above Perth at 2 am?(both)

There is always one or two planes flying at this hour every night.
What would be the purpose?

@Mindful I am curious as well. There is a web site where all planes can be tracked and named.
Though when I looked just now, the tacking system is down with no timeline for how long it will be down for.
Has been out of commission since June 22
