@Magicianzini It's my experience that the person who keeps chewing gum at the diner table isn't especially curteous. How about that? See the difference between an individual act and a act in a group's setting? Again, it's much more than just individulism and individual morals

@val70 I'm sorry. Maybe there's a language barrier, I realize. I have no idea how or why you would think chewing gum is a cruel act or how it compares. If you're trying to somehow compare it to a morally-criminal act like people passing by the homeless man then ok .. but then it still doesn't make sense. A company is not a group of people. It's a greed machine. Are you thinking of each individual IN a company perhaps? I still do not view that as the same since we all know who controls the companies. You cannot expect psychopaths to not be cruel. They also cause any applicable underlings to be cruel in a way, though it's always a choice by each individual. It's their own greed that causes them to submit. All of that is to only be expected. But for ONE person to walk by a homeless man.. each at a time? That is our real problem.

Do you know why that's our real problem? Because if we each weren't like this, and had kindness and compassion, we wouldn't even BEGIN to tolerate the whole psychopaths & companies thing.

Yet we do. We do because we also walk by that one homeless man. It's all one in the same and the individual is the mass. And the mass causes to outcome... of toleration of the psychos running companies problem.

@Magicianzini true, lots of people will walk past that man without a 2nd thought. But someone eventually comes along and either helps him or calls for help. The robots are never going to stop.
