Do you get wierd chinese (?) language automated phone calls when a shipment via DHL is coming?

I do - strange I'm in Australia and DHL is a US company yet I get cryptic text messages and calls spoken/written in Chinese. can't understand any of them.

I got one yesterday. Couldn't really understand it but turned out to be a real one and shipment did indeed arrive! They need to work on their systems though!
