I had two elderly drivers nearly cause an accident with me today

In the morning on the way to work a woman just pulled out onto a main road on me as I was doing 40mph, I managed to avoid it but the look on her face was like she didn't even register it happen.

On the way back a guy on the left didn't bother looking and just decided to go on a roundabout as I was entering it, had to stop, once again it didn't even register for him.

We had to dismantle my dads car so it wouldn't run because he insisted on driving even though he had no clue where he was.
He caused an accident and they still wouldn't suspend his driving privileges even though it was obvious he shouldn't be driving.

@Adrift That's sad. It's difficult as it's like taking someone's freedom away from them but yeah some people are more effected by age than others

@Shybutwilling2bfriends Some, my grandmother drives better than most people. Probability increases with age though unfortunately
