Slow speed car accident

Just now watched a mid size SUV pull out of a driveway and crash into the rear side of a small car driving down the road.
Turned the small car around slightly.
This accident can only be inattention of the SUV driver.

I once saw a Honda CRV equipped with reverse camera and sensors, crash into another car while reversing.
