Guess what I did!?

Locked my keys in the car with my toddler at a gas station 🤦🏻‍♀ the gas station guy was really nice, he's always super nice to me, and he called 911 because I didn't have AAA or anything and we couldn't figure it out on our own. There was another guy parked next to me trying to help and letting me use his phone. The fire department came, and that's what triggered my son crying. They parked too far out of sight and he couldn't see the fire twuck 🤣 as soon as they got the door open I ran to his side and got him out, he basically ignored me and went straight to the fire truck. He is so adorable. He LOVES them and the firefighters were super kind and put him in the truck, gave him a tour and a hat and everything. He was dancing he was so happy and it was THE CUTEST! But I sure felt like a ding dong. Can't believe I did that...the female assured me it happens a lot and everyone does it, she's done it, etc. idk I was still pretty embarrassed! It was quite a scene.
