Wasn't drunk when I crashed...
...a last year, when I was away from this site for a few months.
What happened as I was coming back from a function with some co-workers in the back of my car. I was not drunk but they sure were!
I'd only had one beer when I had crashed. I will admit to showing off, speeding and taking a corner way too fast but I was not drunk.
I have changed jobs since then but some people found out about my past and were like "well, you must have drunk to crash like that after a night out."
But that was not the case, it does suck as the two women in the back of the car ended up with cuts, bruises and cracked ribs and as for me, I was in an even worse state when the paramedics turned up. Yes, I was breathalysed but found to be under the limit but I guess when they give you a bad name, it sticks.
