Don't ride your bike in all black at night

wearing dark colors at night is a bad idea whether you are riding a motorcycle, bicycle or are a pedestrian. unless your a Ninja or a burglar it's a bad idea.

They're not in all black, looks like his shorts are light color.

Also the issue is that you cross the road when it has a green light to fly though the intersection.
