It is frustrating to be stuck behind someone on the on ramp, and they won't accelerate to highway speed.

@chrisCA Yeah most of the time. Although I recently had a driver get pissed at me for not speeding up enough because there was a semi truck in front of me. I guess he couldn't see 40ft ahead of him.
