Since the sound was off I do not know what he was trying to show.
That tyre is obviously destroyed, but perhaps he was trying to explain how it happened.
Its companion leaning against the other wheel does not look much better, so presumably he then switched his camera off and got on with changing the tyres as he's paid to do?
What was all that wandering about with an unidentifiable packet of something? (Well, probably identifiable to anyone recognising the graphics, as we can't read the words.)
I wonder who is the "everyone" who will be doing what to their HGV tyres?

A few years ago I narrowly avoided a 40-tonne articulated lorry losing one of the tractor unit's hind wheels so destructively it jacknifed the vehicle and threw it all over onto its side, blocking two of the carriageway's three lanes. Luckily the driver was helped out by two other motorists and seemed unhurt - and by sheer chance an ambulance happened to be travelling on the opposite carriageway, so its crew stopped and ran across to see if he needed medical assistance.
