I pulled this out of my tire a couple weeks ago. How many things has to perfectly align for that to go into my tire, hahaha

You were probably driving on the roadway at a decent speed and that makes for blunt objects easier to penetrate heated up rubber tires that soft when heated and moving.

I have had that before too.
