@saragoodtimes you need to know the BASICS so if you get stuck while you are out you don't leave yourself vulnerable... You get a flat then you cant go to the dealer....

@saragoodtimes if hubby wanted you to air up the tires he'd buy you a a diamond studded air pressure gauge

@braveheart21 I get a flat and call the dealer, they have 24 hr service call

@saragoodtimes so u leave yourself vulnerable for the hour or more for someone you dont know to come to you....

@braveheart21 I know how to lock the doors and they're usually less than an hour

@saragoodtimes the doors are locked the glass is not armoured YOU are at risk... EVERY driver should know the basics of how to keep the car on the road... Oil.. Water.. Gas.. Tyres.. Not just the ordinary people but the rich as well...

@saragoodtimes yes... But for minutes... Not an hour or more... Waiting for the dealer... Maybe a lot more if his guy is already out on a job 20 miles the opposite way to where you are

@saragoodtimes im more concerned about the fact you could be robbed.. Raped or murdered as u sit waiting for the dealer to get there... Simply because u forgot to gas up the car or it overheated...etc

You do what you want but im shocked if Alan wasn't worried about your safety in the car because you dont know the basics to help yourself...

@braveheart21 this is the USA, how many women know anything about how a car works. that's why we have triple A and roadside assistance
