Okay car people, please help me out...

I'm trying to buy a used car. So far I've narrowed my choices down to a 2015 Acura TLX (18k miles) and a 2023 Nissan Sentra S (8k miles). Both are in the same price range. At first glance, the Nissan seems to be a better option, but all the people I've talked to recommended me to get Acura over Nissan any day. Why is that? And also, which one should I choose? Please enlighten me. 😢

Acura is Honda. Honda tends to be more reliable and better resale value than Nissan. But. I’ve had a ton of infinitis (Nissan) and they are phenomenal cars. Each has it quirks but with Acura you are getting a luxurious Honda which is a solid car

@BearDownChicago Do you think that Nissan's quality over the past decade has downgraded? That's what I heard a lot.

@LiLShrimp I’ve had great luck with my Infiniti’s. I had one that screwed me big time but overall they are solid cars
