I think car horns should have a very short pulse beeo

I disagree - remove the beep altogether and have it scream "get off your effin phone" 😏

You don’t know how to get a tiny lil pulse beep out of your car horn?! 🤣

i find it easy to just "short beep" in such circumstances
if they are honking Long? probably some angry emotional response,
common in rush hour warriors

They said in drivers ed to lightly tap the horn in a friendly way in those situations
