Can someone explain engine size to me?

My car is a 3.3L but when I go to the gas station, it takes 19 gallons which is 72 liters. So then why is the engine size 3.3L?

It all has to do with how the equidistant length of the flux capacitor and the regurging complex HT rods. If they are closer together then, well it could be a disaster...Trust me, I know about these things.
@AndysLoft If you didn't say "flux capacitor" then I might be convinced you're smarter than me.

@AndysLoft Flux capacitor, lol I think that's only in a Delorean
@SW-User Yeah I work on those all the time. Mostly flux capacitor related issues.

@SinlessOnslaught Oh, sorry. Flux capacitors are so 80's. I meant the inverted springer coill cam with overhead resurgent anomalies.

@SW-User Yes, but only in the limited edition.
@AndysLoft Anomalies sounds bad 😆
AndysLoft · 56-60, M
@SinlessOnslaught Yes...Just as well I have no idea what it means.
@AndysLoft "Anomalies" are usually mentioned in quantum mechanics. 😆

@SinlessOnslaught Isn't that sumfing to do wiv fisics and subatomic particles and stuff?
@AndysLoft Sumfing wiv it yeh

@SinlessOnslaught foght so.

@SinlessOnslaught What if he had mentioned Dilithium crystals?
AndysLoft · 56-60, M
@chrisCA No, we haven't used them since 1990, it is all carboperpic astrmomic diodes now.

@AndysLoft Hmmm 🤔

@chrisCA Hmmm indeed Sir.
