Extended warranty doesn't want to cover the cost to fix the box truck again. Dealership says it's a Ford issue, Ford says it's on the dealership. Told the dealership to figure it out or they'd be receiving a bill for attorney fees.. now what can I haul in their truck today

@MarineBob well they must have a reason it locked up . Without knowing what happened you won’t know who is paying.

@Driver2 but no one wants to turn a wrench for free. Common sense says insurance should pay and investigate it then let others pay or chip in

It seems that whoever cashed the check for the extended warranty is on the hook for this. They promised you coverage in exchange for money, so..,

A strongly worded letter from an attorney ought to be sufficient. Or so I’d hope.
