Is this ridiculous?

In Illinois, the fee to renew your vehicle registration has gone up to $151. Just 4 years ago it was $101. Unbelievable.

FYI: I payed 100 for the same last week, but it's not the USA, it's one of the poorest country in Europe... Just sayin'...
