Is this ridiculous?

In Illinois, the fee to renew your vehicle registration has gone up to $151. Just 4 years ago it was $101. Unbelievable.

in Pa we have to have 2 stickers on our cars that say the vehicle is fit for the roads on roads that aren't fit for vehicles
