This has been baffling me for the last few weeks.
Why and how are Jeep’s allowed to drive with no doors?
How can the dmv say thats allowed as long as your door mirrors are still attached to the body of the car?
Why does a seatbelt mean Jack shit if people are driving around with no doors? A seatbelt isn’t gonna keep limbs inside the vehicle if it crashes/rolls 😓😓

Side intrusion protection requirements are specifically waved from vehicles with removable doors in the federal safety regulations.
Also certain walk in vans, ambulances, fire equipment etc.
