		If you have the tools and know enough to take a link out, you probably have the tools you need to fix it but don’t take a link out that won’t fix it. If it’s that bad you should  replace the whole chain . 
I’ve been fixing my own bicycle for the last 50+ years they are not that hard to fix generally unless you have a weird bicycle that’s not bought at a regular shop. A few takes special tools but you can work around most of that. If you want or need someone else to work on your bike then take it to a good bike shop.
