My Chevy Camaro is like that. No donut, just shit you spray in the tire.

More bad news... if you drive an AWD and the tires have a fair amount of wear and you get a flat that can't be repaired, you'll have to either have the new tire "shaved" or - worst case scenario - you'll have to buy 4 new tires. I was told if you don't do either of those things you could ruin the drive train... wtf??!
