California implements world-first legislation to tackle autonomous vehicle incidents/crashes

This should eventually extend to *all* vehicles operating in fully autonomous mode not just driverless taxis from Waymo and Tesla.

Thankfully fully autonomous vehicles are a very long way from being allowed here in Australia.
