Can you buy a modern car that *does not* have fully integrated screens, etc.?

We're looking around at new cars, and almost everything has fancy screens, hardly any real knobs and buttons, and many cars don't even come with a real spare wheel anymore. what the heck?

Also those non-mechanical door release on electric cars (like tesla's) - no frickin way will we have one with those.

Yep - you have to go through 2 screen touches to lower the seat heater, when before there was a tactile physical button to press.

Sounds like I'm complaining - but not really ideal while we're supposed to be driving....

Getting used to it though...

More complicated, more costly to fix and easy to break, and please don't get into a wreck going over 30 miles an hour it just may be totaled.
Yes! There are (modular) trucks at least with zero tech involved.
