Rail is my default for longer journeys. It's more relaxed than driving plus I get cheaper tickets on account of my age.

Not much public transit in the area I'm in .. just buses and not convenient even for them. Its pretty much walk, bike or drive.

My van -- not sure if there are any railways near here, Many of the old rail lines have been paved over and turned into bike paths, or just abandoned.

I've always used my car. I've never been on a train or plane. I don't think I would do well on one of them

Public bus but I really want a car someday 😩 trains are awesome tho, I like doing vintage train rides sometimes, like just scenic ones
My car is my primary mode of transportation though when available I take the train.

I prefer to drive and not mix too much. At my age I try not to catch any bad ailments.

The little train ride from Napoli to Pompeii is nice (if it doesn't break down!).

Dont have railways like you do here in the States. So car it is.

@JackDaniels Are there not decent rail connections between the Union Pacific and the other rail links in the USA 🇺🇸?
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
@Ximenajacoba We have some but not a lot from city to city.
BrandNewMan · M
@Ximenajacoba Mostly local commuter rail and only near larger cities. Fairly limited passenger rail travel outside the east coast corridor, more likely to drive or fly elsewhere.
