Vehicle 2 Grid - how long before people work out how to 'steal' power from another parked EV using this technology? 8-)

Imagine this, you are faced with a choice - hours (or days) wait to get access to a public charger, no charging facility at home or at work (for whatever reason), and you think...

Ah-ha! This V2G technology should be hackable to turn it into V2V so I can just plug into any other parked EV with similar connections and 'trick' the other car into feeding it's stored energy from the battery into my car. Problem solved!

You can bet tech-savvy people with EV's are trying to make this possible...

It would be even simpler for the manufacturers to make such theft impossible.

Oh - and yes, it would be stealing because the rightful user of the charger has paid for the electricity!

@ArishMell V2G is stealing yes. Regardless of how it's used. Either to prop up a power grid or for another EV user to use it to steal power to recharge their own EV.

@zonavar68 I'd be very surprised if it's technically possible anyway, though.
