Which would u pick?
Let's say they made a car or truck really cheap and all it had was a air condition and heater and nothing else. Would u rather have that or a vehicle with all that other stuff.

I'd love a basic vehicle without all the bells and whistles as long as it was dependable. The two bells I'd like to have that newer cars would have vs cars of the past is delay wipers and cruise control. I'd even give up the AC for those two features.

I could do without the A/C but I would be happy if it had a working drive train and a good heater. I don't use much of the options I have on the truck I drive now including the radio.

@smileylovesgaming Did the old truck have the starter switch on the floor like our old truck had? It was a 1950 chevy. 4 on the floor. Most of the time the brakes didn't work.

I wish they still made basic cars. The last time I looked under the hood of a new car I couldn't even find the gas filter.

@smileylovesgaming had an '87 chevy sprint turbo (basically a souped up geo metro) for years; simple, fun, got about 40-45mpg (and that was when gas was $1+/- a gallon), could run around all week on $10-20
