What is the worst condition car you have ever seen driven on the road?

Back in 2017, I saw a raggedy old Chrysler Town & Country which I thought was a motorcycle coming the road at first. It sounded like it had an exhaust leak and was running on half of it's cylinders. And burning oil too as it was puffing blue smoke.

I was riding with my middle sister and the bumper of the fellow in front of us was pretty much hanging on by thread. This isn’t the car, nor was it on stairs, but that’s how it looked.

My sister finally got around him.
