Electric Cars Are An Expensive Scam

If EVs were really an innovation, the state wouldn’t have to bribe and force companies to produce them.

it’s increasingly clear that the only reason giant rent-seeking carmakers are so heavily invested in EV development is that government is promising to artificially limit the production of gas-powered cars.

There are definitely some scams out there…but the scam is money…the concern about slowing how the number of humans are unknowingly harming the environment AND their bodies is real. Most people only read headlines. The truth is in self educating beyond the headlines. And that takes time and work. Sadly corporations are not including consequences to the environment as part of the scientific method. And there is very little attention given to how harmful eating and drinking processed foods, much less convenient plastics. We have been allowed and trained thru marketing and fast businesses that convenience is more important—being faster and more convenient is more important than life itself. Sigh.
The scientific method NEEDs one more step: recycling waste and reducing harm to the environment. And a policy that gives credits that show evidence such work was done. Not JUST for EV’s. Hey, maybe they are hoping that someday there will be plastic blood and that herbicides will heal everyone. So far it only creates problems. Sorry. The cost of EVs is ridiculous, but it was the only way to for BiG3 to care.
