Why do men get pleasure from deliberately annoying women?

@chilloutab2 but i wrote a disclaimer, where i clearly stated that i (a woman who has never been a man) has only experienced this particular type of headfuck from men (who have never been women.) Like, i literally said that!

I'm certainly not implying that women don't annoy men, or that women don't annoy others at all in the way decribed. I did however give the caveat that i have personally never experienced such. In this post i am asking for help in understanding something that i personally have experienced, therefore didn't deem it necessarily to make sure everyone else felt representated. Y'know?
