@akindheart I spent the first half of my adult life practically living out of a carry-on size suitcase so the packing part became instinctive.
Start with a shaving kit, tooth brush and bathing suit. Comfy-casual translates into clothes that can stuffed and abused and still get you by in most places on earth. Shirts that can be worn with orr without a tie, jeans and a corduroy jacket will pass in most places for a males and you'd still be better dressed than most . It also helps to remember that you can't pack for what you don't know, so accept that you may have to buy something along the way
