When You Are Going on Vacation When do you start packing for your trip?

A real vacation, not until November.

I write out a list maybe 2 weeks before and get the stuff together within a week, there’s always last minute things to add so I keep my list. Also I’ve learned to make a list with the value of each item in the checked luggage because if they lose your luggage, include receipts with the list, and make a copy, you have a way to document for a claim, and I also take photos now too. Main thing to remember, the $, tickets, passport, phone& other such things especially a few hours before the last minute before leaving the house.
