I saw Led Zeppelin in 1977 at Riverfront Coliseum. Robert Plant needless to say was incredible.

@Punxi It still seems fresh. They had their first laser light show and watching Jimmy Page perform “Stairway to Heaven” sitting on a stool with a laser above him making a cone twirling above and around him was spectacular with his dual guitar

@Pfuzylogic That....is a memory not many could claim. Avid live music fan. Seen a bunch, if one could claim that bands now come close to back...then. Red Hot Chili peppers, live wise, prolly best I could anty up.

@Punxi RHCP is not a band to take lightly. When I was a teen my activities centered on Rock concerts and Chess tournaments. There is a good chance I saw many of the 70s bands that you enjoy. I was humbled recently be a female that was my boss that saw Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison and the Doors live. I found that to be awesome.

@Pfuzylogic Damn. Chances of a run in with someone whom saw them both....astronomical lol. My uncle is a trial attorney. Was in Miami with a student tour group and sat in on Murph The Surfs trial as a teen. . In the very next courtroom, Morrison was facing obscenity charges.
