usually rides like that have full restraint bars that come down over you and hold your shoulders and chest in so you can't go anywhere usually they go down to your lap so you cant slide out. the picture in the news showed him to be fat and it's possible the fat kept the bar from going down far enough and he slide out at the bottom of the bar and came out of his seat after sliding out from under the bar. 🍫
