@Budwick Yes, but the issue today is incompetence. It seems like people today are inept when it comes to doing their jobs. Someone should have ensured the teenager was strapped in his seatbelt.

@Budwick Have you ever seen a program called "Jackass", people seem to not be able to plan events more than 3 seconds into the future. An example would be some idiot getting his friend to sit on an airbag removed from a car while the bag is triggered bouncing the kid off the ceiling and breaking his neck. Playing with dangerous things that they know nothing about.
