Yes, my wife tells me they speak Arabic with a French accent as well. They speak Tunisian, French, Italian and Arabic here, and I think it's awesome.

Yup. Some words. Their dialect is very distinct

Not that I'veseen. The shop owners will raise thd prices if you're from a western country, but you just need to know how to haggle to get the best and fair price.
